Choose from MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, strength training, and cardio. The gym is fully equipped with free weights, resistance machines, kettlebells, barbells, benches, treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, and cross trainers.

Good to know

• For hygiene reasons, everyone must use their own protective equipment, including gloves, a mouthguard, shin guards, and other required gear.
• The studio is located half a flight up. Use the black door to the right of the main entrance. The door code is 3568.
• Free parking is available for up to two hours (50m away at ICA Maxi).
