g:ro studio is a space for restoration and depth, where aesthetics and presence meet the body, the breath, and gentle discipline.

You are invited to arrive without pressure, in a pace that helps you let go and reconnect with your body.

The room is warm and minimal, with natural materials and soft lighting that create a grounded atmosphere. You move with sensitivity and presence, honoring the rhythm of your nervous system.

Psychology, somatics, and yoga as a lived philosophy shape the experience. Movement becomes a language, and the body a landscape to explore. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or spiritual — only human.

Good to know

• The door opens 15 minutes before class and is locked 5 minutes before the start. If you arrive late, you will not be let in.
• You'll find the studio one floor down.
• The changing room is unisex. You change behind a curtained area to have a private space.
• Yoga mats are available to borrow at the studio.
