Huddinges Hjärta

Huddinges Hjärta is one of Sweden’s most beautiful studios – a charming old wooden church from 1928, beautifully perched on a hill near Huddinge’s center.

The studio features a spacious, airy hall with high ceilings and windows on two sides, as well as cozy hangout rooms where you can enjoy a cup of tea and connect with fellow yogis before or after your class.

At "Hjärtat", the atmosphere and sense of calm are at the heart of everything, and many describe how they feel a sense of harmony the moment they step inside. Only highly trained and experienced teachers guide the classes here, allowing you to practice yoga safely in a truly serene setting.

Good to know

• The entrance is at the back of the church.
• Mats and props are available for you to borrow.
• Parking is easiest at Paradisgaraget, just a few minutes’ walk from the studio, where you can park for free for up to three hours.
