Plugin Heat Club Amager

Step into Plugin Heat Club for a unique, energizing experience that blends heat, cold, and community.

The sessions combine the soothing heat of a sauna and a refreshing cold plunge. You’ll also experience deep breathing techniques, aromatherapy, and uplifting music to help you reset and recharge.

Each session includes three rounds of Saunagus with breaks in between to cool off in the cold plunges. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, focused, and more in tune with your body and mind.

The facilitators are specially trained in guiding immersive heat and cold experiences. Welcome to asupportive, welcoming community.

Good to know

• Bring two towels, swimwear, water bottle, and optional sandals.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and be ready for your session.
• Hydrate well before arrival.
• Towels and oils can be bought.
