Sauna Yard is a sauna club concept created for slowing down, disconnecting, and enjoying the effects of heat, cold, and calm. The atmosphere is welcoming, informal, and focused on presence, wellbeing, and quality.

The space is designed for anyone looking to relax, reset, and recharge. Guided sauna rituals, also known as sauna gus, form the heart of the experience and are led by experienced hosts.

Sauna Yard offers a calm, unpretentious environment where you can step away from everyday noise and focus on recovery and balance.

Good to know

• Sauna Yard is located next to Padel Yard Jernbanebyen. Enter via the padel facility, walk to the right, and you will find the sauna entrance. If the door is closed, please go to the padel reception and they will let you in.
• Please bring swimwear and two towels.
• Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early for guided sauna rituals.
• To ensure the best experience for everyone, guests are asked to respect the calm atmosphere during sessions.
