Welcome to Elton’s relaxing sauna area at Smashing Balance in Sickla. Here, you can choose between two different sauna options, whether you’re an experienced sauna enthusiast or simply looking to enjoy warmth and recovery after a workout or a long day at work.

Wood-Fired Tent Sauna The wood-fired tent sauna offers a unique and authentic sauna experience with soft, pleasant heat and the option to pour water over the stones to create soothing steam. The sauna accommodates up to six people and provides a cozy, social setting for relaxation and wellbeing.

Electric Sauna The traditional electric sauna delivers consistent, even heat and is ideal if you’re looking for a classic Finnish sauna experience. It accommodates up to four people and is also equipped to allow steam by pouring water over the heater.

Whether you want to unwind after exercise, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment, Elton’s saunas provide the perfect environment for recovery and wellbeing.

Booking Information

• If you have Wellness access, you can book during the studio's solo training hours. Bookings are made by phone at 070-099 99 67.
• Once your booking is confirmed, information about key collection and the sauna access code will be provided via the same phone number.
• The QR code is available by the sauna.
• Both saunas are self-service.
• Swimwear is required.
