Stockholm Saltspa Yoga

Stockholm Saltspa Yoga offers yoga in a relaxing environment where you can breathe out, breathe in and feel good.

A salt room is a room covered in rock salt from ceiling to floor. The salt has a stimulating, cleansing and healing effect on both the skin and the respiratory system as it kills bacteria.

Good to know

• Salt room treatments are booked through the separate Wellness studio “Stockholm Saltspa Saltrummet”.
• Classes are held in Swedish.
• Doors open approximately 15 minutes before the start of the session and lock 5 minutes before. It is not possible to enter later.
• Showering afterwards is not recommended as it is good to leave the salt on the skin.
