Om Iluma Sauna
A two-floor international studio in Copenhagen offering yoga, saunagus, and reformer pilates.
Iluma brings holistic movement, heat, and stillness together in one place.
Good to know
- Entrance is through the back courtyard building via the tunnel at Ingemannsvej 3A. Reception is on the ground floor for check-in.
- You are expected to arrive 5-15 minutes before class and check in at reception on the ground floor.
- For saunagus please bring two towels – one to sit on and one to dry off with.
- Herbal tea and water are available.
- All classes are held in English.
