About Iluma Sauna
A two-floor international studio in Copenhagen offering yoga, saunagus, and reformer pilates.
Iluma brings holistic movement, heat, and stillness together in one place.
Good to know
- Entrance to the courtyard building is via the tunnel at Ingemannsvej 3A. Reception is on the ground floor for check-in.
- You are expected to arrive 5-15 minutes before class and check in at reception on the ground floor.
- For saunagus please bring two towels – one to sit on and one to dry off with.
- Herbal tea and water are available.
- All classes are held in English.
Credits
Our punch card is now called Credits. It makes it even easier to book classes and train at over 1,000 studios, gyms, and centers connected to Bruce Studios. Prices at Bruce Studios match each partner studio's own prices.
