Here, the focus is on Iyengar yoga – a methodical and accessible form of yoga suitable for everyone, regardless of age, body type, or previous experience. With the support of experienced teachers, clear guidance, and smart props, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of both body and mind.

For those who wish to deepen their practice, special classes are also offered as a complement.
