Asker Yoga Shala offers a wide range of yoga styles, from gentle forms to more physical classes.

Welcome to classes in bright and airy spaces, with spacious changing rooms and multiple showers if you’re heading straight on. You’ll also find a lounge and waiting area where you can enjoy a drink and settle in with some reading if you arrive early.

Good to know

• Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, but equipment is available to borrow.
• Entrance at the corner of the building, by the Agro parking garage.
• The door opens no later than 20 minutes before class.
