Studio Frid has everything needed for a healthy lifestyle in one place. Here you can practice both yoga and pilates in a clean, modern and calming environment together with competent, engaged instructors.

Good to know

• No mobile phones allowed in the yoga or pilates studios.
• Bring your own mat or rent for 40kr.
• Pilates mats are available to borrow and are only for pilates classes.
• Your instructor will open the door 15 minutes before the start of class.
• The studio has a boutique with clothes and accessories for your practice.
