About Studio Frid
Studio Frid has everything needed for a healthy lifestyle in one place. Here you can practice both yoga and pilates in a clean, modern and calming environment together with competent, engaged instructors.

Good to know
- No mobile phones allowed in the yoga or pilates studios.
- Bring your own mat or rent for 40kr.
- Pilates mats are available to borrow and are only for pilates classes.
- Your instructor will open the door 15 minutes before the start of class.
- The studio has a boutique with clothes and accessories for your practice.

Our punch card is now called Credits. It makes it even easier to book classes and train at over 1,000 studios, gyms, and centers connected to Bruce Studios. Prices at Bruce Studios match each partner studio's own prices.
