AIVI Training Club x STHLM Bootcamp Factory is a studio for anyone looking to combine functional training, strength and coaching in a high-energy environment.
You train your entire body through varied classes featuring intervals, strength exercises and cardio-focused elements that build endurance, stability and explosiveness. The focus is on motivation, progress and sustainable routines that fit everyday life.
The studio combines personal coaching with a strong sense of community and motivating group training. You are challenged at your own level while building strength, confidence and consistency in your training.
