Backa Boulder

Welcome to Gothenburg's most modern climbing gym. Backa Boulder is dedicated entirely to bouldering – rope-free climbing on walls up to four meters high. No certification is required, making it an easy way to get started.

Whether you're climbing for fun or working towards new goals, you'll find the space and support to progress. The facility features 350 square metres of climbing walls, a gym, and a welcoming community for climbers of all levels.

Good to know

• The entrance is located in the alley between Sängjätten and Indian Food House.
• Climbing shoes and chalk are available to rent for SEK 40 and SEK 15 respectively.
• Snacks are available to purchase in the café.
• Paid parking is available outside.
