EMS Cph Islands Brygge is located by the waterfront, the studio features the latest equipment from XBODY. The studio helps you build an active everyday life with more energy, joy, and well-being.
The training is based on EMS - a gentle yet effective method that supports fat burning, muscle building, and overall strength.
