The center is designed with bright wooden floors and large windows that provide an open and inviting light, perfect for focused and energizing training.

Good to know

• The entrance is found through the courtyard at the back of the building.
• Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox.
• Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list.
• The door is locked at the start of the class.
