Energii Hvidovre

Energii Hvidovre brings together two different training experiences under one roof.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright reformer studio filled with natural light and focused on classic reformer training. Downstairs, Heat It Up offers training in 30 degrees infrared heat, where intensity, sweat and challenge are part of the experience.

Vestegnen has long been missing a serious alternative to the traditional gym. Here, effective training methods are combined with high standards and a thoughtfully designed training environment.

Energii Hvidovre is the first studio in the area to offer both classic reformer and Heat It Up in infrared heat. Two different experiences. The same high standard.

Good to know

• Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox.
• Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list.
• The door is locked at the start of the class.
