Welcome to Heat, your post-workout oasis. Boost your recovery, improve circulation, and unwind at Beatriders in-house sauna.
Good to know
- It's mandatory to shower before the sauna session, so please arrive in good time.
- Please bring a water bottle and swimwear. Towels are included.
- Check in with the reception, when you arrive.
- The sauna can be booked 90 minutes before at the latest to allow enough time for heating.
Credits
Our punch card is now called Credits. It makes it even easier to book classes and train at over 1,000 studios, gyms, and centers connected to Bruce Studios. Prices at Bruce Studios match each partner studio's own prices.
