Follow a pre-designed recovery flow curated by a wellness team – or use the time entirely on your own terms. Enjoy the soothing heat of the sauna, dip into the ice bath, stretch, meditate or simply rest. Contrast therapy is available, but optional – the focus is on you, your needs and your moment.

Whether you’re recharging post-workout or just in need of a mindful city break, Urban Recovery is your sanctuary for deep relaxation and reset.

Good to know

• Show respect for other participants and arrive on time. Check-in is required no later than ten minutes before the start.
• The Recovery Room is unisex and designed for a calm and shared recovery.
• Access to sauna and ice bath, towels and robe.
• Bringing your own swimwear is required.
