Illuma Somatics

Illuma Somatics integrates neuroscience, psychology, and body-based therapeutic work with guided hypnosis and refined spiritual practice.

Sessions lead participants into deep nervous-system regulation and subconscious insight, creating shifts in self-worth, emotional patterns, and relational dynamics.

Rather than movement-based practice, the work takes place in stillness, allowing change to occur at the level where habits and beliefs are formed.

The philosophy is that lasting transformation happens where body, mind, and nervous system meet.
