Good to know

• When attending classes, it is important that this document is read first. When booking and attending classes, the document is approved.
• The studio only teaches in Danish and for safety reasons it is a requirement that you understand Danish.
• On Mondays from 17-18.30, classes are held in English.
• Bring swimwear, flip-flops and a towel if you want to try the ice bath.
• Bring a lock for the lockers.
• The studio offers the option to purchase a Saunagus and Ice Bath, this can be done directly through Innercise.
