Iyengaryoga Täby

Welcome to Iyengaryoga Täby, a small and personal studio in central Täby with small groups and individual guidance.

Here, Iyengar Yoga is taught – a precise and structured method where you build strength, stability, and body awareness step by step. Clear instructions and the support of props help you find precision in every position.

Classes are held without music to encourage focus and presence. The space is bright and calm, creating an atmosphere that supports concentration rather than a dim, spa-like environment.

Each week follows a theme, such as standing poses, twists, or backbends, offering structure and the opportunity to deepen your practice.

Iyengaryoga is also located at Södermalm.
