Josty Wellness is located in one of Copenhagen’s most iconic buildings in the heart of Frederiksberg Have.

The historic setting, green surroundings, and calm atmosphere make Josty more than just a place to train – it is a place you want to stay.

The studio offers Pilates, yoga, and movement classes for all levels, led by instructors who create space for both strength and presence.

After class, you can stay and enjoy the French café with coffee, breakfast, and views of Frederiksberg Have.

Good to know

• Mats are provided for all classes.
• There are no changing rooms or shower facilities, so please arrive in your training clothes.
• The studio opens twenty minutes before class starts.
• Please arrive a little early is recommended so you have time to settle in before class begins.
