Just Sauna

Just Sauna combines the classic Finnish sauna with Cold Plunges, breathing, and passionate and trained Sauna Masters. At Just Sauna the focus is on creating the best possible experience for your mind, body and soul.

Experience wellness and community at one of Just Sauna's locations in either Frederiksberg or Albertslund.

In Frederiksberg you can enjoy the urban environment on a newly remodelled, large covered terrace, cold tub and outdoor showers.

In Albertslund you'll find a cosy sauna garden with a covered lounge just outside the old Egon Olsen prison.

Good to know

• Bring swimwear, two towels, a water bottle and possibly bathing shoes, bathrobe or flip-flops.
• Arrive well before the session starts so you have time to change.
• Sauna hats are available to borrow.
• Changing facilities are available and you can store your belongings indoors.
• Bring a lock for the lockers.
• Drinking water and electrolytes are available. Remember to bring your own water bottle.
