KYND Kalvebod Brygge

KYND has teamed up with Copenhagen Marriott Hotel and set up a sauna on the terrace facing Kalvebod Brygge.

The sauna is located right by the swimming zone, where you can take a refreshing dip between sessions.

A saunagus session consists of three rounds of sauna infusions, with cooling breaks in between.

During the session, essential oils are used to create a multisensory experience that enhances relaxation, boosts circulation, and leaves you both energized and refreshed.

Good to know

• Arrive 15 minutes before.
• Please bring two towels, a water bottle, padlock for the lockers.
• It’s also recommended to bring flip-flops and a bathrobe.
• There are no indoor changing facilities, but two changing booths are available next to the sauna, along with lockers where you can safely store your belongings during the session.
• The sauna is located on the terrace of the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel facing the water.
