Moumo Yoga

Moumo Yoga is an inclusive and explorative space where you can deepen the connection to yourself and others. Moumo offers a wide range of classes within yoga, breathwork and movement.

A selected team of experienced teachers help you to deepen your understanding of the body, breath and mind.

Good to know

• The studio is located in Skrapan, opposite of Intersport, inside the climbing gym. Early mornings you enter through the door to the right of Intersport towards Götgatan.
• Moumo has a restaurant and shop open all day.
• Yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own.
• Strollers can be parked in the corridor by the shoe racks.
• On weekdays, porridge buffet and brewed coffee is available after the 7 am classes.
• Occasionally, dogs might be present in the room during certain classes. If so, this will be specified in the description of the actual class.
