NEXT Trysil is a user-friendly fitness space for everyone – whether you’re new to exercise, experienced, or returning after a break.

The gym is divided into clear zones with modern equipment for efficient, stress-free workouts.

You’ll find a spacious strength room for free weights and base exercises that support progress in power, technique, and body control.

The machine and endurance room suits gradual strength training and cardio, with equipment that targets the right muscles and supports consistent training.

A dedicated mobility area includes stretching zones, yoga mats, balls, kettlebells and other tools to help you move better and feel stronger in daily life.

NEXT Trysil focuses on energy, mastery and everyday strength – not just exercise.

To access the center, you need to register for free in an external app. Here’s how:

• Go to NEXT’s website here.
• Select Trysil as your studio.
• Choose “enter plan code”, type in Bruce26, and complete the registration. You will receive a confirmation code via SMS.
• Download the NEXT Fitness app from App Store or Google Play.
• Log in with the phone number you registered. Select “access” and choose the door you want to open. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled for the app.
• Remember to scan the Bruce Studios QR code.

Good to know

• Located at the back of the building, same entrance as Europris, but turn right.
• Small changing room available (no showers, toilet only).
• Lockers with locks provided.
• Indoor shoes required.
• Cleaning supplies available for wiping down equipment.
• Parking available directly outside.
