About Northern Light Yoga Ski
Northern Light Yoga Ski offers a bright, beautiful studio right by Ski train station. The location provides a calm, inspiring environment for reconnecting with body, breath, and mind.
The studio features yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness classes that support physical strength and inner balance. Classes combine authentic Eastern traditions with modern movement science and self-development practices, helping to reduce stress, improve flexibility and strength, and deepen awareness.
