About Outdoor Training Copenhagen
Outdoor Training Copenhagen delivers functional training and weightlifting in a group setting, with a clear focus on building strength, conditioning, and mental grit.
The training develops well-rounded hybrid athletes through varied workouts that combine strength work, conditioning, and functional movement.
All training takes place outdoors, year-round and in all weather conditions. A wide range of equipment is used, including dumbbells, sandbags, weight vests, bars, skipping ropes, balls, and resistance bands.
Technique is always demonstrated and practiced, while the training remains challenging and demands commitment and effort. A base level of conditioning is recommended, and you should be ready to push yourself.
Classes are taught in both English and Danish.
Good to know
- Locations vary. Most classes are held in Nørrebro—check each class for exact location details.
- Please arrive five minutes before class start.
- Training takes place outdoors all year round. Arrive dressed for training and wear appropriate footwear.
- Bring water. Some members train with gloves, especially during winter. Thin work gloves are commonly used.
