Roll Off

Roll Off is located in the lifestyle salon LUKS Stockholm in the middle of Östermalm.

The Roll Off machines consist of rollers on a rotating drum that make a predetermined number of turns per minute. Infrared and collagen lamps in the machines improve the skin's elasticity.

A treatment takes 45 minutes and during the roll massage the machines will focus on 15 different areas and muscle groups for 3 minutes each according to the guidelines for lymphatic drainage massage.

The massage helps to eliminate toxins and waste from the body, stimulates lymphatic flow and relieves muscle tension.

There is one machine in a separate room to give you undisturbed self-time while improving your physical and mental health.

• Every evening at 18:30 extra times are released for the following day if available.
• No instructor is on site. Instructions can be found in the room – follow them and enjoy!
