About Some Good Moves

Take some time to slow down with Some Good Moves and discover your new favourite workout.

This class follows the signature Lagree method on the Megaformer.

Lagree is all about slow, controlled movements that challenge your body a bit more each time.

You’ll feel the burn, work your muscles and maybe even get a bit shaky along the way.

Each class targets your entire body, moving through blocks of obliques, legs and arms.

No prior experience is needed.
