In the group training rooms, endorphins flow to the beat of the music, and upstairs you will find an entire floor with dumbbells, free weights, modern machines and functional training areas.

The training facility offers a Kids Club during staffed opening hours, which means that the little ones can play while the adults train.

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing gates. If you’re attending a class, remember to collect your ticket at the kiosk.
• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.
• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
