At STC Östersund Fyrvalla, the energy is always high and the passion for training is evident day and night. The gym combines strength, cardio and varied group training.

The gym staff and personal trainers are always eager to talk about training and are happy to help you with advice and motivation. You also have access to several other gyms in Östersund, so you can train where you are and when it suits you.

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing gates. If you’re attending a class, remember to collect your ticket at the kiosk.
• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.
• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
