Welcome to STC Östersund Odenskog! This is a well-planned gym with open spaces for functional training, strength and cardio training, and personal training.

The gym also offers STC HIIT, the popular group training concept that has become a success throughout Sweden.

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing gates. If you’re attending a class, remember to collect your ticket at the kiosk.
• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.
• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
