The gym offers four group training rooms with a wide range of instructor-led group training classes and boundless energy.

While you train, your children can be entertained with crafts and games in the Kids Club. Welcome to a gym where you can feel at home!

Good to know

• Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing gates. If you’re attending a class, remember to collect your ticket at the kiosk.
• You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.
• STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.
