The facility is located just 50 meters from Krokslättstorg with easy access to buses and trams.

The spacious venue is divided into three areas: two class zones with screens displaying the daily program and an Open Gym area.

Carefully selected gym machines are also available to complement daily workouts and rehabilitation.

During the summer months, the large gate opens for functional outdoor training.
