About Sweet Burlesque

Sweet Burlesque is a unique dance concept where you celebrate your body and your expression in a safe and inclusive space.

You explore humor, confidence, and feminine energy through playful choreography inspired by the charming side of burlesque. Different dance styles are combined in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can join.

Instead, you work with tease, seduction, and a touch of humor, usually dancing as a group. It is not about stripping or nudity.

Wear regular workout clothes or dress up if you like. What matters most is that you feel comfortable. Classes are typically danced barefoot or in socks.

Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, but some classes are exclusively for cis women. You must be at least eighteen years old to join.

Good to know

  • The studio is located via the Teglgården entrance on the first floor.
  • There is a changing area and a toilet with the option for more private changing. Multiple genders may share the changing area depending on the class.
  • There are no showers, so bring a change of clothes to stay warm afterwards.
  • Bring water and preferably a snack – you will work up a sweat.
  • You dance in regular training clothes and bare feet, but are welcome to dress up if you like. Many dancers do. The most important thing is to wear something that feels comfortable.
