Terra Oslo

Terra Oslo is a cozy yoga studio run by physiotherapists Nora and Sunniva. It offers a calm space in your day – a place to settle, move, and reconnect with a sense of peace.

Large windows bring in natural light, and soft textiles create a warm atmosphere that invites presence.

The teachers have broad experience and offer both dynamic and gentle classes for different levels. The aim is to create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can feel at home, regardless of background or experience.

You are welcome to enjoy a cup of tea before or after class, either alone or with others.

Good to know

• Please arrive five to ten minutes before start. The entrance locks at the beginning of class, and entry is not possible after this.
• Entrance at street level, around the corner to the left of the yoga room, between Gjøvikgata and Ålesundgata.
• Spacious changing room in the basement with toilet and mirror. No shower or lockers.
• All necessary equipment is available in the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own. Yoga mats can be rented for 30 kr.
