The Place has reimagined what exercise should be, offering spacious studios with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The changing rooms are luxuriously equipped with towels and premium skin and hair care products from Sachajuan.

• Please note that classes are held at both Grevgatan 37 and Kommendörsgatan 29. See each class.
• Arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
• Changing areas and lockers with coded systems are available for your personal items.
• Socks are required for Megaformer classes – preferably grip socks, which can be purchased in the studio.
