The Room Bergen is a boutique Pilates studio and the seventh The Room location in Norway.

Specializing in Pilates reformer, mat work, barre, and select yoga classes, the studio focuses on core strength, flexibility, body mobility, posture, and effective post-rehabilitation training.

Experienced instructors with a passion for Pilates ensure each client enjoys a positive experience both before and after training.

Good to know

• If you arrive after the start time for the class, you unfortunately lose the right to participate, and the studio may give your spot to someone else.
• Anti-slip socks are required and available for purchase.
• There is no changing room, but a toilet is available for changing.
• The studio is located at street level with its own entrance.
