YogaWay creates a supportive space where yoga becomes more than physical movement.

Here, you explore breathwork, meditation, and self-reflection while reconnecting with your body and calming your mind. You build a deeper understanding of your emotions and your inner balance.

The studio offers Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Family yoga classes, allowing you to choose the rhythm and intensity that suits you. With regular practice, you strengthen your body, increase flexibility and balance, and cultivate stability and joy.

Elements of art therapy and therapeutic yoga are integrated to support emotional balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Good to know

• All equipment, including mats, is provided.
• Enter through the gate by the YogaWay light box to reach the yoga space to the right. The gate is unlocked and the studio door 15 minutes before class.
